Dive Experience at Dreischor Frans Kokrif

Diving at Dreischor Frans Kokrif offers an exciting adventure beneath the waves. This site features a complex of old dike remnants and vibrant reef balls. Divers can find these reef balls right in front of the entry point. Peering through the holes, you can spot various marine creatures like lobsters, crabs, and pipefish. The surrounding basalt rocks are home to lobsters, while flatfish and eels inhabit the sandy bottom.

A unique highlight is Dreischor Hill, where ample sunlight enhances underwater visibility. This site is named after Frans Kok, the first dive operator in Zeeland. You’ll find a filling station available 24/7 for air fills at 200 and 300 bars.

For entry, the location features a well-maintained pier. Swim straight out to reach the reef balls, and beyond them lies the beautifully covered JackieO object, located in a trench that runs parallel to the shore at a depth of 14 meters. Encounter numerous fish, crabs, and lobsters as you glide over the seabed.

To explore Dreischor Hill, swim about 10 minutes to the right from the pier (5 to 10 degrees). You can’t miss this hill; it’s a prominent underwater feature. If you miss it, you may have swum too sharply to the right.
